What do the balls dream about? Do they want to roll for days, jump in the air, fly like birds, swim like fish and buzz like insects? Or, like a space ship, fly through the skies, or, like a clock on Earth, meticulously measure time? Do we play with the balls or do they play with us? Is it possible to make friends with balls and can a ball become one of us?
The dance performance presents images inspired by the shape of a ball. The ball, as a child's first toy, gives the experience of controlling an object and a body, and promotes an understanding of the unity and diversity of the world. Children will be able to learn more about the concept of weight and how it affects the qualities of an object. The language of contemporary dance does not create a story, but leads the child into a world of shapes and textures, associations and feelings. Music and light will create an atmosphere in which miraculous transformations are possible.
